OFFSHORE TRACK.,LTD was formed as a subsidiary corporation in 2014 in Shanghai China, by Alex Zhan in response to the following market conditions:
Business opportunities of Navigation System & Intercom System exist in China Maritime & Offshore market.
The need for use of efficient distribution and financial methods in these overlooked markets.
We previously owned a company that was active in maritime markets  Over the past few years we spent much time studying ways to improve overall performance to provide more efficient & best support from technical proposal to warranty & life cycle maintenance of vessels not only for agents but also ender user and direct customers/end user and increase profits.  This plan is a result of that study.
