汇舸集团与中核苏阀战略合作取得关键突破

2020年4月11日，汇舸集团董事长周洋携集团董事赵明珠、陈志远一行来到丹阳中核苏阀蝶阀有限公司，与丹阳中核苏阀董事长李慧聪，中核苏阀王冬志等公司高管共同对双方联合开发的LNG船用低温高压阀产品试验取得成功表示祝贺。

近年来，LNG船在全球环境保护的大趋势下，订单大幅增加，国内船舶行业纷纷进军LNG市场，但LNG船高技术含量、高附加值的特点，使得其门槛较高，LNG的研发、制造一直为欧洲、韩国等所垄断，中国LNG船业务在世界占比仍然很小。汇舸集团作为始终以海洋环境保护为宗旨，以技术创新引领产业变革的企业，一直关注LNG市场，并促进LNG核心技术及产品的国产化进程。

汇舸集团与中核苏阀在双方合作取得实质重大进展的同时，积极布局国际LNG市场，预计将在2020年第三季度完成LNG船用低温高压阀产品的取证工作，并大力开拓国际LNG航运市场。

In recent years, in connection with the general trend of global environmental protection, LNG ship orders have increased substantially, domestic marine enterprises have entered the LNG market one after another. However, due to the nature of high-tech content as well as the high added value of LNG ships, the threshold limits number of players of this industry. The research and development and manufacturing of LNG ship as well as its associated businesses have been monopolized by Europe, South Korea, etc., and the proportion of China's LNG ship business is still very small worldwide wise. Being an environmental technical enterprise that always bring innovation as marine leading industry change, ContiOcean Group has continuously paid attention to LNG market and promoted localization process of LNG core technology and products.

Under the company strategy of "adhering scientific and technological innovation, based on marine environmental protection, and developing post-gas business", ContiOcean Group started strategic cooperation with CNNC Sufa Valve in 2019. The two sides complement each other's advantages and jointly develop LNG marine low temperature and high pressure valve products. At present, CNNC Sufa and ContiOcean Group have successfully completed 2000 times low-temperature cycle tests on the high-pressure and low-temperature ball valves for LNG ships, CNNC Sufa Valve has become the only enterprise in China that has completed such tests, and has been partially put into commercial use step by step.

While the cooperation between ContiOcean Group and CNNC Sufa has made substantial and significant progresses, it is expected that in the third quarter of 2020, the certification of low temperature and high pressure valve products for LNG ships will be accompleted and vigorously develop the international LNG shipping market.
