新起点，新布局！汇舸集团香港合资公司正式揭牌！

2025年10月3日，上海汇舸环保科技集团股份有限公司（股份代号：2613.HK，“汇舸集团”或“汇舸”） 喜迎香港合资附属公司-汇舸鸿安合伙人有限公司（“汇舸鸿安”）办公室正式揭牌。Pacific Basin、Fairmont Shipping、Anglo Eastern 、Fleet Management、Adamar International Maritime Services、Chugoku Marine Paints (Hong Kong) 等多家国际行业伙伴代表共聚香江，与汇舸集团创始人及高管团队共同见证汇舸在全球海事ESG解决方案领域再次迈出坚实的一步。

汇舸鸿安的成立，既是汇舸集团继2025 年 1 月成功登陆港交所主板后、深度构建全球服务网络的战略深化，更标志着汇舸集团依托航运核心枢纽香港，为更多的船东及管理公司提供“汇舸服务”，为国际海事绿色转型注入 “汇舸力量”。

汇舸集团深耕海事环保领域多年，已构建起以船舶脱硫系统、船舶节能装置、船舶清洁能源供应系统及海事服务为核心的产品矩阵，精准帮助全球船东应对 IMO、碳强度指标（CII）、温室气体强度指标（GFI）等国际环保要求。该产品矩阵全面覆盖：

On 3 October 2025, ContiOcean Environmental Tech Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2613.HK, "ContiOcean Group" or "ContiOcean") celebrated the official inauguration of the office of its Hong Kong joint venture subsidiary–AMS ContiOcean Partners Limited (“ AMS ContiOcean”). The establishment of AMS ContiOcean signifies a strategic deepening of ContiOcean 's global service network following its successful listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in January 2025. It further marks ContiOcean's commitment to leveraging the core shipping hub of Hong Kong to provide "ContiOcean Services" to more shipowners and management companies, injecting "ContiOcean Strength" into the international maritime industry's green transformation.

With years of dedication to the maritime environmental protection sector, ContiOcean Group has built a core product matrix encompassing ship exhaust gas cleaning systems, marine energy-saving devices, marine clean-energy supply systems, and maritime services.
